• Advertising ID (IDFA/AAID) - subject to device tracking permissions.

4. How We Collect and Process Data

Your Data is collected through direct submission within the app and automated analytics.

Cloud Infrastructure & AI Processing: To transcribe your voice, interpret your dreams, and generate customized videos, the media you provide is transmitted to our secure backend infrastructure and processed by external Speech-to-Text (STT), Language Model (LLM), and Video Generation APIs.

Handling of Face Photos: If you opt-in to upload a face photo, it is used strictly to guide the AI in generating a customized video that resembles you. We do not use your facial data for identification, authentication, or cross-app tracking.

Third-Party Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to assist in operating the App:

• Cloud Hosting & Databases: To securely store your dream journal, unlocked symbols (Seals), and media.
• AI/LLM/Video Providers: To transcribe audio, generate interpretations, and create videos.

• RevenueCat: To manage premium subscription entitlements.

5. Use of Data

We use the collected Data for:

• App Functionality: Transcribing dreams, creating personalized videos, and powering the AI chat.

• Customer Support: Responding to your inquiries or data deletion requests.

We do NOT use your data for:

• We do not sell your personal data, dream journals, or photos to data brokers.

Parental Guidance Recommended: The interpretation of dreams can involve complex psychological, emotional, or frightening themes (such as nightmares). We strongly recommend parental guidance for younger users.

In accordance with our Terms of Service, you must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us to have it deleted.
